Every meal from the diet plan may be eaten in four different ways:
1. You eat a dish that is specified in the diet plan.
2. If you eat something else, you note it down. It`s simple thanks to:
- - Database of over 1 million food products, bases of fast food dishes (e.g. McDonalds).
- - Bar code reader,
- - User-friendly measurements with no need to weigh the products (e.g. “1 glass”).
3. You eat something else, using the function of replacement/substitutes (description below)
Regardless of the approach, the progress bar will show you, how close you are to the target.
